Terms and Conditions dropshipping
- Complains need to be reported directly after receiving the item, or at least within
7 days. Without assembling the product, if an product already is assembled then there is
no warranty on broken parts. - We do not take back goods in return in the case of your costumer wanting to
make use of his right of withdrawal and in case of damage, or missing parts. - Products that have been returned for this reason and/or refused products will
have to be accepted by you, not Cars4Kids B.V. - In case of a problem, you need to try to solve it by yourselves first. If you cannot
solve the problem, we will try to help you solve it. - To order replacement parts from the manufacturer you have to inform
Cars4Kids B.V with the specific order number, also mentioning the needed
information in order to supply replacement parts. - If a part will be provided by us, than we can sent it inside a box from a new
order. If it not fits inside a box and must be sent separately, then you must pay
the shipping costs for the part. - On chargers and batteries there is never guarantee.
- Important to tell clients: A battery needs to be charged 10-12 hours, never longer then 16 hours. Also it
needs to be charged at least 1x pro month, otherwise it can get complete empty
and gets broken. - Cars4Kids would like to emphasize that we are not responsible for the shipping process after your order has been placed and processed. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered on time and in good condition, but we have no direct control over delivery. In the event of delays, lost shipments or damaged products, we kindly ask our customers to be patient and understand that Cars4Kids can only initiate a formal investigation with the postal company after a waiting period of 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. This allows us to allow sufficient time for possible delays in the shipping process and to ensure that we take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
